Retail Terms and Ordering Information for What a Girl Wants... We accept Paypal. ORDERING Orders may be submitted by Paypal as your payment method. Please Note: We Can Not Add or Change Orders Unless the Change is Made the Same Day the Order was Placed. We will be happy to write a New Order for any New Items Needed. Preparation time to Process an Order is 24 hours on in stock items. Special order items could take 1 to 3 weeks, depending on item requested. All special orders require at least a 50% deposit at time of acceptance of design. If you have any special requests, such as size adjustments on a piece you would like to order, please e-mail me and I will be happy to make the adjustments, if materials are still available for that piece. After you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming your order. If What a Girl Wants needs any clarification on your order you might receive another email asking for more information. Once your order has shipped you will receive your last email from us advising you we have processed and shipped your order and will include the delivery confirmation number. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS All items, unless specifically noted, are one-of-a-kind designs and can not be reproduced. A similar design may be possible in some cases, but you will need to e-mail me for details. All product descriptions will list every stone or component used in the making of the piece and if you require any additional information about a piece, e-mail me and I will try to elaborate on it. Or if you would like to see another picture of a cetain piece, I will be happy to take additional photos of that piece for you. RETURN POLICY If you are not delighted with your purchase, we will do an exchange of merchandise for merchandise or full refund within 10 days of receipt of your package. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from What a Girl Wants...If your piece has broken during normal usage within one (1) year, you may return it for repairs (return shipping not reimbursed). Additional charges may apply if components are damaged from misuse. Please call or e-mail me to advise me of a piece you need to return. SHIPPING All purchases will be shipped within 24-36 hours of receiving payment, in a gold or black gift box, if purchase was made with a credit card or account balance with Paypal. If an e-check was used, there will be a delay until the check clears. All purchases will be shipped by United States Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for a flat charge of $5.00, unless arrangements have been made when ordering to ship by other methods. Sorry, we do not ship C.O.D. PRICE CHANGES Due to cost fluctuations beyond our control, All Prices are Subject to Change Without Notice. We also reserve the right to make changes in Policy Without Notice. However, we will make every effort to inform you of any changes in Price and/or Policy.
